does the folded dimensions include the footrests or not as i was going to buy this but not sure 102cm will fit in my car, if i take the footrests off would the depth be smaller? 🙂

The folded dimensions do include the footrests folded as per the image. The footrests fold up against the frame so do not stick out, you would not be saving much if you remove the rests.
