Delivery

We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.  Please check all goods upon arrival if any issues please contact us immediately attaching photos.

Currently we are only able to dispatch most of our items to UK - there are additional postage charges to Isles and Highlands and to Northern Ireland.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item or it is not suitable you are able to return this back to us within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs.  Ensure that the item comes back with your order details -order number and name with address and the reason for return so we can swiftly refund you.

Note if the item is not able to be resold (if it is used or damaged) a refund will not be applicable.
